The expanding Australian Junior Peak Minerals announces it has completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in the kitongo, Lolo and Minta projects, following shareholder approval on September 16,2024 and subsequent due diligence, including site visits.The acquisition comprises 6 uranium exploration licenses spanning a total area of 2400 square kilometers,this also includes 18 exploration permits held by Minta resources, hosting high-grade resources of rutile 64,02% , zircon 30,62% ,rare earths ,gold and titanium.
