The University of Dschang (UD) distinguished itself not only at the National level but also at the Continental level.In details,In Central Africa the  University of Dschang tops the list of the Higher Educational Institutions ranking 1st  at Cemac zones and takes the 2nd position in Ecca zones behind Rwanda.In Sub-saharan Africa the University of Dschang position itself at the 65th rank an in Africa in general,the University of Dschang takes the 112th position .At the National level the University of Dschang tops 1st ,placing itself Infront of the Universities of Yaounde 1&2, Buea and Ngaoundere. Remembering that ,the University of Dschang is a public scientific institution that has the aim of elaborating ,training ,transmitting knowledge, develop research and participate in supporting, developing and pronoting Socio-Cutural intergration that projects to reach a global performance that should be reflected in the quality of education, of research, governance and condition of work.This Academic performance by the University of Dschang can be attributed to the quality of education , the technical assistance of the educational staff and the efforts of Cameroonians government  and private national, international enterprises to financial assist the promotion of inclusive and adequate education in the educational system of According to the Webometrics rank 2024 Universities in the Francophones zone Africa are still far backward as compared to those in the English speaking part of Africa,a vivid example can be seen by the ranks occupied the said Universities on the list released early August 2024.
