The purpose of this meeting was aimed at addressing this uprising situation which has a negative impact on the economy of the Country, according to the head of gov't " we pay people considerable amount who donot do their jobs" .PM Joseph Dion Ngute alongside with the Minister of Public Services and Administrative Reforms Joseph LE ans the Minister of Territorial Administration Atanga Nji Paul reflected on tackling the repetitive practices of government workers being absent from their work post , which According to statistics register,this phenomenon has been noticed especially in rural areas.One can say that most gov't workers battles for positions in urban areas due to comfort and numerous financial benefits.The government members recalled that the regulations in force provides for the dismissal of a state employee after 30 days of unjustified absence and reteriat the application of severe measure  that is the use of the permanent disciplinary board of the public service, the immediate implementation of the personal and payroll management application soft ware to put an end to this growing attitudes by gov't workers in public administration nation wide that will enable the removal of ghost in post that can be attributed to another citizen willing and capable of doing the job. The expression " too large,too expensive and insufficient production can be attributed to this practices by state workers who receive salaries, mission allocation but produces less due to their increaing rate of absence at their respective post. The members of gov't recalls that 6000 public servant files for expulsion from their working post are in the final phase .The non respect of hours allocated for the beginning and end of work time in public administration is another phenomenon that needs to be tackled this situation affects citizens who suffers directly from this situation. According to the state members, to build a prosperous economic country we need people who are determined to contribute to this move not ghost " . The head of gov't calls on all the state workers to take act and comply with the rules and regulations reserved for states workers.
