The aim of this framework accord carries on the collection, traitement of data and the communication of climate and metrology condition to the population, a head of promoting durable development that opens door to  economic growth in the locality and Cameroon in general.This accord by MINT and Bafoussam Council enters inline with the policy of Territorial and Admimistrative Decentralisation put in place by the Head of State will permit and assist this decentralised territories to better exercise their role in terms of civil protection and development for the wellbeing of its population.As one of the term of this accord is to communicate on climate,this will give a helping hand to the Agricultural sector to boom their production and seeks for solution to better enhance their production during unfavorable climate condition. Given that agriculture in Cameroon is one of the strong hands in the Cameroon s economy at employs at least 20% of its population ,this agreement will enhance economic advantage and development to both the state and the Bafoussam locality extending to neighbouring town.
