This decision by the Minister of Mines, is to protect the local products, meant only and specifically for states realisation projects,This is attributed to the fact that Cameroon is ongoing and moving into numerous construction projects country wide that requires a huge amount of this local substance to contribute in the materialisation of the projects. The government aims at protecting our local industry to boost local industrialization initiatives at will contribute to the economic upgrades of Domestic This initiative by the government turns to avoid the exportation of the substance then at a long run pushing the state to spend huge amounts of money on the importation of the same substance that is locally produce in our country .This decision by the Minister of Mines is to protect actors in the sector facing unhealthy situations and goes forward to warned that failures by any parties ( public and private sector) to comply with this initiative would attract severe sanctions
