This authorisation follows the request formulated on Mai 22,2024 by the General Administrator  Director of Harvest Asset Management . Harvest Asset Management increase capital of CFA 500 million to CFA 1Billion will be done by allocation of reserves .with this new capital, Harvest Asset Management aims at developing its activities and maintain it's leadership on the financial market of the Cemac zone.  According to the Financial market supervisory commission the level of assets surpervised by Harvest Asset Management in the Cemac zone has increased from CFA 370 billion end 2022 to 635 billion in 2023 thanks to the collection of cfa 80billion powered by its distribution partners.  Created in 2017 Harvest Asset Management due to its outstanding performances dominate the sector of assets management with CFA 301,8 Billion assets under management ending December 2023 which according to the Financial market supervisory commission this represents 47.46% of the market proportion.
