This information was made known on August 8 2024 by the Cameroon's Ministry of Finance,which according to the Minister of Finance  this distinction dates of January 2024 during the 1st African Summit Of Finance ,Banking and Digitalisation of the Cemac Region that tookplace in Congo Brazzaville . The summit that held under the theme " Digitalizing of the banking and financial sector : A vector of growth and integration of the Cemac zone" brought together actors of the financial landernau of countries member of the Cemac: Finance Minister ,Head of Sub-regional institution and Heads of banking and financial institution . Cameroon distinguished itself with the prize of the best Minister of Finance  awarded to the Cameroon's MinFi Boss , attributed to the actions  led by  Louis Paul Motaze for having implemented macro economic  projects with tacts to create and improve the investment climate for the economic modernisation ,  development , prosperity of  Cameroon in particular and the Cemac regions in general .In Cameroon ,the actions led by MinFi is demonstrated  through its firm participation in the management  of the country economy and it's implications in the various sectors be it public sector or the private sector.This   recognition to the MINFI boss demonstrate the active participation of Cameroon at the level of the Cemac zone this can be seen in the active participation of Cameroon in the domain of Agriculture, industry , Mining .
