This was the focus of a Series of exclusive meetings officials of the commercial bank held recently with its customers. The meeting that grouped over 300 customers of the bank held in the towns of Yaounde, Douala, and Bafoussam.This meeting according to CCA officials was a platform for industry expert and brilliant minds in the economic sector to share valuable awareness on how to overcome the challenges of diversifying business and an opportunity to equip customers who attended the gathering with knowledge with the aim of taking advantages of the growing opportunities. This meeting demonstrate CCA Bank commitment to stay close to its customers and provide them with the best possible support for them to grow in a dynamic economic landscape.This initiative also aligns with the bank's goal to remain a leader in its field while continuously delivering exceptional services to its customers. This comes together was also a opportunity for CCA Bank to present the outcomes of its innovative and digitalisation , that has produced positive results beyond expectations: in 2023 , more than 40000 new customers opened accounts with the financial institution with a deposit and serving as at the end of the year which stood at CFA 518.5billion representing an increase of 26.03% as compared to the 2022 business year . According to the General Manager of CCA Bank Cameroon , gross transaction revenues stood at CFA 647.03 billion representing a rise of 27.1% compared to the 2022 financial year.Loans given to customers rose by 20.8% to stand at CFA 286.3Billion compared to the previous year which stood at CFA 14.1billion . The Introduction of the new digital tools will help more customers to easily access to the CCA Bank services therefore rendering a close collaboration between both parties.
