Banking and Finance/Education: UBA Cameroon, University of Maroua Sign Partnership.
Dernière mise à jours il y'a 4 moisThe General Director of UBA Cameroon,Jude Anele and the Vice Chancellor of the University of Maroua Pr Idrissou Alioum has proceed on July 12,2024 in Douala,has signed a Convention of Partnership that will permit both institutions to better collaborate in the future.

This accord will contribute in offering ammeliorated education, a practical formation, offering financial assistance to the University infrastructural development hence contributing to the development and global success of its students.The University of Maroua is today at its 16th year and Comes in amongst the 3rd biggest University after those of Yoaunde and Douala with almost 40000students ,8000 are internationals offering direct and indirect jobs to the population of Maroua in the far North region therefore this memorandum will permit UBA to entergrate in the professional courses link to banking and Finance for students to benefit from the expertise and experience of UBA's personnel set up in the Campus . With the aim of increasing it's banking products to most Universities and makes financial inclusion a reality in educational milieu in Cameroon,UBA continuous to reaffirmate its volontary to work with educational institutions across the country, opening a gate to professional world to student, promote entreneurship amongst students by financially supporting their projects and innovative ideas,a vivid example is demonstrated in the Universities of Douala,Yaounde 2,Buea ,Bamenda and Ngaoundere all in partnership with UBA Cameroon.Apart form assisting the government in structuring projects such as the construction of infrastures and financing of the agricultural sector,UBA also aims at enlarging its support to the government in the educational sector which according to the General Director of UBA " Our children and Students are future leaders of tomorrow".
