This was unveiled in the report on Cameroon's external commerce with France in 2023 published on August 19 ,2024  by the Cameroon's National Institute of Statistics.This document indicates that Cameroon exportation of aviation fuel has boom at 82.5%  in 2023. in fact as was registered during the year 2022 the sale of Hydrocarbon (petrol and natural gaz ) has dominated the Cameroonian exportation to France , reaching more than 780000tons  that's is 71% of the global exportation with 550960 tons of natural liquidified gaz . For the same year , the French Customs reported that hydrocarbon and other extractive industry products exported from Cameroon to France amounted to CFA 442 billion accounting for all Cameroon's exports to France. According to expert , these surge in hydrocarbon shipping rate from  the Country of Paul Biya to the Country of Emmanuel Macron can be attributed to the   socio-political unrest between Russia and Ukraine which has led France to turned towards Cameroon for its supply. This hypothesis is all the move plausible because PERENCO a French oil an gas company leads hydrocarbon production in Cameroon including Liquefied natural gas.
