Accounting for 19,2% of the group's total revenue, this growth contrast with a modest 1,6% global revenue increase. In the first nine months of 2024 , Orange's revenues in Africa and the Middle East totaled € 5,66 billion, showing a 10,6% increase over the same period in 2023 . This strong performance is fueled by the growth of its digital offerings including: Mobile data, orange money services and fixed-line internet. Despite increasing competition in the African market,the operator (Orange ) holds strong.Orange money remains indispensable for millions of Africans. Africa's Mobile data market is booming,with 18,3% growth as high-speed mobile services become increasingly popular,driving Orange's growth. By the end of September 2024 , Orange had recorded 1601 million subscribers,up 8.2% compared to the same period last year. The group stresses that, Africa and the Middle East remain key growth regions, having added € 182 billion to revenue in Q3 , as it targets continued robust expansion.
