The Economy Minister, Alamine Ousmane Mey unveiled this figure on October 17, 2024 ,in Yaounde during the 60th anniversary celebration of this prominent Pan-African financial institution.Currently , the cooperation between Cameroon and the African Development Bank translates into a portfolio of 26 projects, totalling approximately 1500 billion CFA Francs.This cooperation, Contribute to Youth employment and the economic development of the country. The Majority of the mobilized funds are allocated to transports (58,6%) , Energy (21,2%) and Agriculture (10,8%) According to the Ministry of Economy.With a long-standing commitment, the African Development Bank has funded morethan 6500 development projects across Africa.
