In 2025 , the global economic growth of Cameroon is projected at 4.4% that is 4.6% for the non - oil sector .The inflation is projected at 4%, the gross domestic products at 2.7% and 3% of the non - oil gross domestic production. The International Monetary Fund projects global price of oil barrel at 73,8 $ and that of Gaz is estimated at 9.2$ . In 2026 -2027 , economic activities will be dynamic at an average of 4.6 % and inflation will be brought back at average 3.2% more over the price of oil barrel will be at an average of $69.6 . The tax policy will permit to increase at a progressive level non -oil internal revenue at 13.6% of the Gross Domestic Products in 2024 at 14.4% in 2027 . In 2025 the total state budget resources is projected at CFA 5684.5Billion that will be projected at CFA 6064.1 billion in average between 2026 -2027 at a significant level. The State Revenue breaks down as follows: Oil revenues are projected at CFA 828,3billion in 2025 at an average term ,will witness a drop and established at CFA 596.6billion in average between 2026 - 2027. Non-oil revenue on its part are projected at CFA 4765,5billion in 2025 which is comprise of fiscal revenues of CFA 3205,6billion , custom duties of CFA 1205,1billion and non-fiscal revenues at CFA 354.8 billion and projected at CFA 5417,7 billion in 2027. As regarding the state project primary expenses ,projected at 16.0% of the gross domestic production by 2025 against 15.9% in 2024 after witnessing a considerable drop at 15.4% GDP in 2026 and 15.3% in 2027 . According to the Document de programmation économique et budgétaires a moyen term 2025-2027 in the french apellation , State expenses are projected at 5702,4 billion cfa in 2025 and fixed at cfa 6092.2 billion between 2026-2027. State personal budget will be at CFA 1663.4 billion in 2025 and will establish itself at CFA 1771,2 billion in average. Expenditure on goods and services in its part goes from CFA 921.8 billion in 2024 to CFA 997,5billion in 2025 and are projected at 1002,2 billion in average between 2026 and 2027 . The transfert of subventions on its part goes from 1126,4 billion in 2024 at CFA 1034.7 billion in 2025 from 2026 to 2027 expenses of transfert will be established at cfa 1033,5 billion. Capital expenses will witness an increase by CFA 227.3bilion compared at the year 2024 to position itself at CFA 1651,4 billion in 2025 and in 2026 -2027 the capital expenses will be projected at CFA 1897,3 billion . It emanates that a global budget deficit of CFA 101,8 billion in 2025 against CFA 137,9billion in 2024 , a reduction of cfa 36,1 billion .For the period 2026 -2027 there will be a budget deficit of CFA 78,3 billion decrease with the payments of debts .
