Cameroon - South Korea: Signs Non-Refundable Financing Agreement
Dernière mise à jours il y'a 4 moisThe Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development ,Alamine Ousmane has signed a non -refundable financing agreement on July 11,2024 with the Ambassador of the Republic of South Korea in Cameroon Namki wook.

Cfa 23,25billion is the amount that comes out from this agreement signed between Cameroon and south Korea in presence of the Minister delegate at the Presidency in charge of Public Market Mr Ibrahim Talba Malla and the Country director of the Korean cooperation agency Kim Sangchul and the Representatives of the beneficiary sector.This amount is allocated for the realisation of five projects in Cameroon meanly in the health sector, water supply ,public market ,civil and public administration.This initiative between the two countries enshines legal compliance and solidfies states partnership.In the Health domain ,Cfa 8.4billion will be allovated for the ammelioration and accessibility of quality health care and reinforcing governance and health care provider capacity.An envelope of cfa 3,65billion is reserved for the installation of water points in rural zones that will provide good quality water in the localities of Ebebda,Koutaba ,Matomb and Massock ,the remaining budget will be allocated to Public market, civil and public administration sector. Overall this project is aimed at assisting vulnerable families in Cameroon, gives access to local development and provide assistance to Small and Medium business firms contributing in boosting local and state economy.
