The French Development Agency will invest CFA 4Billion in the 3rd phase of the financial governance support project that aims at reinforcing the capacities of the state in the control of the 42public organisation which pose significant budget risks in terms of efficiency , effectiveness of subventions granted ,of cross-debts or guarantee tax arrears ,The FDA/ ADF will contribute at the reinforcement of control on the cfa 133billion of subventions to public enterprises ,the phase III of the project which reaches decentralized regional authorities aims at ammeliorating the performance of public public enterprises and put inplace a management focused on the results and reinforce the financial and technical oversight functions.A total of 42 public entities are actually benefiting of cfa 133 billion of subvention due to the prominent role they play in implementing public policies.According to information from Minfi these entities has generated approximately 300 jobs in the national economy on the recent periods .The 3rd phase of the project will be framwork on the next 4 years at the end of its application should have created necessary conditions for the increase of liquidity   within the frame work of the treasury single account.Phase 1 has been directly supervise by the economic department of the French embassy and it was centered on the reinforcement of capacities of personelles and transfert of necessary conceptual utensil for budgetary reforms .Phase II on its part has been dedicated at the ammelioration of budgetary information accounting at the public,parapublic and Decentralised level.
