The advocacy delivered by the Prime Minister, on behalf of President Paul Biya, centered on an absolute urgency: the peaceful resolution of disputes that continue to torment African nations. By calling for a culture of consultation, Cameroon reaffirms its commitment to endogenous mediation mechanisms to heal the wounds of security crises. This significant message, carrying a vision of lasting peace, comes at a time when the AU is striving to revitalize its peace and security architecture.
